BACKGROUND: I am a native Texan who has lived in South Central Austin for more than 20 years. Born and raised in San Antonio, I began my real estate career in the 70's working for my father who invested in income properties. He guided me to purchase my 1st investment property when I was 18 years old. That same year, I was accepted to The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture. Several years later, I married and started a family. I am active in the Austin community: youth soccer coach, volunteer for the United Way and the Habitat for Humanity and numerous fundraisers. I currently live in South Central Austin and have continued the family tradition by assisting my daughter, a graduate of The University of Texas in Austin, in her purchase of her 1st property when she was 18 years old.
