Sr. Inside Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sr. Inside Sales Manager to be responsible for the sales and management of Internet advertising products to local businesses in the Greater Austin Area. This person will become an expert on their customers business, providing well thought out creative solutions to their business needs. Working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, they should be equally comfortable in new sales and account management situations and should enjoy both face-to-face and phone sales. We are seeking a goal-oriented, motivated closer to build our local sales team. This position will report to our Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and develop new local advertisers for Zooven.com website.
• Generate new customer sales while managing and up-selling a growing list of customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts, an understanding of Zooven’s products and business model, and an understanding of the internet advertising environment.
• Analyze client return on investment (ROI) goals and data, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc.
• Educate customers on product and marketing strategies to improve their “presence” on the Internet and build value in the Zooven/customer relationship.
• Ensure customer retention by maintaining client satisfaction.
• Create and implement custom solutions/creative for each client.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 4 years prior sales experience, preferably in a service/solution or media environment.
• Proven ability to attain and exceed sales quotas.
• Ability to balance both a high level of new business sales activity and account management / retention activity in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong closing skills, work ethic and the ability to work independently, work from home.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, networking, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Windows, Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
